"He came into the world fighting, and he left it the same way — bravely, fiercely loved. We promised him his story wouldn't end with us."

— The Wilson Family

01. Before

A pregnancy full of hope.

We dreamed every parent's dream. Names, nurseries, tiny socks. But in the last weeks, the kicks softened and movement slowed. We mentioned it. We were told not to worry. We worried anyway — and we wish we had been listened to.

02. Born Fighting

26 August 2025.

Noah arrived struggling to breathe on his own. Within hours he was on a ventilator. Within days he was at Addenbrooke's NICU. Scans, MRIs, tests, more tests. We slept beside him in chairs and learned to read monitors like scripture.

03. The Word Nobody Knows

Diagnosed with Titinopathy.

A mutation in the TTN gene. Rare. Devastating. The doctors were gentle. They explained what it meant for his muscles, his lungs, his future. Then, more quietly, that there was no cure. We held him and decided to give him every minute we could.

04. Goodbye

1 October 2025.

Our angel could not win the fight his tiny body fought every second of every day. He left us in the early hours of an autumn morning, in our arms, surrounded by every ounce of love a family can hold. Thirty-six days. A whole lifetime.

05. Legacy

Noah's Gift was born.

From the deepest grief we have ever known, a promise: no other family should learn the word Titinopathy in a hospital corridor. Awareness. Early testing. Support. Research. This foundation is what Noah leaves us — and what we leave the world in his name.

06. A letter from us

To everyone who reads this, who lights a candle, who shares Noah's name —

Thank you. You are the reason his short life keeps reaching forward. You are the reason another mother might be tested, another father might insist on a scan, another baby might be saved.

His thirty-six days were not enough for us. But they were enough to start something. Walk with us.

— Lee & the Wilson family
